Training
Yale offers a variety of training and educational opportunities to ensure animal research is conducted appropriately, ethically and in accordance with federal regulations and University policy. To view and register for a training session, please do the following:
Visit Yale’s Training and Certification website
- Click on Animal Care & Use
- Select the Training Category that is of interest and/or required
- On the CAS screen enter your NetID and Password
- Select the Course you would like to take and register for the course on-line
Download the Medical Surveillance form.
Download the Annual Medical Clearance Renewal for Work with Non-human Primates.
Please be sure to submit the medical surveillance questionnaire directly to Employee Health.
